Thanks for the answer, but the longer I read about different companies on these posts I see that the ratings really don't mean much and that DIY is the way to go. I am not behind on any of my credit cards, but the interest rates are killing me and the minimum payments are about $4,000 a month. I have moved home and rented otu my place so that I don't fall behind, but at this rate I will be paying off credit cards for years. I also have $14,000 in legal fees to pay. My debt is as a result of a bad business venture and I am drowning. ANy feedback on what I should do??????
