Whats a DV? How do I send it to them if they refuse to provide me with an address? I can't believe how rude this guy was.... called me every name in the book.

Once they start getting abusive, let them know that you will not tolerate that behavior and HANG UP on them. If they call back, KEEP doing it if the abuse continues. You do not have to put up with that!

Why didn't you asked them about their address and what do they need you to do, when they were making phone calls? If they are behaving rudely, you can politely tell them that you have got every right to take an legal action against them if they do not stop making such calls.

Please contact the FTC and the NY Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. Send them acertified DV and cease and desist. They are violating our rights by harrassing us, using threats and not providing documentation.
