Medical Bills Question
Date: Thu, 11/18/2010 - 08:10
I live in California, and i have recently pulled my credit to find that I have some outstanding bills i was un aware of. All are medical bills, since i have been in and out of the hospital since 2004. I know the SOL law for California is 4 years, not sure if it apply to me, I am looking on a way to take care of these collections, I have another surgery pending and am afraid these bills may deter the hospital from performing it, thank from any info

The hospital cannot refuse you service for medically required services due to your credit history, past payment history, or ability to pay. Is this a necessary surgery or an elective surgery? Have you received notification for any of these collection accounts?
