Here is a copy of an email I received yesterday. I did respond within the time frame and I've not heard anything back. Possibly a ploy to get my new banking information. No other way for the funds to be avail to me by tomorrow.

Ms. xxxx,
Your complaint filed with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office has been reviewed. In an effort to reach an amicable resolution, the company is willing to refund the $200.00 and consider your file “Paid in Full,” as requested. There will be no further attempts to receive payment from you.
Per company policy, it is necessary that the attached agreement is signed and received prior to issuing a refund. The agreement states that your dispute has been resolved and will not be continued. The details of the settlement should remain confidential. Please retain a copy of this email for the specific terms of our settlement agreement.
If the attached agreement is received by 4:00pm EST tomorrow, I can have the $200.00 available to you on Friday, November 19.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Sincerely,

Honestly even if I don't hear back from them their email really says it all! I'd like to see this refund but I will not give yp any banking information to them to get it. I will let you know what happens.
Thanks for your support!

Sign the agreement and email it to them. Tell them to send you a check for the refund and then cash it at the grocery store :D Just to inform all the folks, extra cash live have been rated C by BBB. However, the number of extra cash live complaints registered with BBB is only 1.

Buzzette,
If you really get the refund from Extra Cash Live, please post it here. I am dealing with them and would like to know about the outcome. By the way, do you know the extra cash live fax number? I need it.

So far since I refused to sign the agreement until they provide with me a source of payment other than my new bank account information I've not heard back from them. I don't even know that I will but the email that they sent me say's it all so if they turn it over to collection I have all of the documentation I need.
Ohio Gal1 until I know how they plan on sending the refund there is no way I would sign away my rights by signing their agreement to withdraw my AG complaint and rights. That was poor advise.

After Extracashlive received my complaint from the AG they agreed today to send me a cashiers check for $200.00. The amount I over paid my loan by. I already have the paid in full letter from them. So out of 4 PDL's 2 have paid a refund. One I only over paid by $86.60 so I'm hoping to at least get a paid in full and the other I owe $22.00 but they will not provide a mailing address to send a money order.

I received my refund check from Extra Cash Live yesterday. They sent a cashiers check and I have a paid in full sent via email. My business with them has been concluded. The refund came fairly quick after they were contacted by the AG in my State.

May i ask the circumstances for the refund? My husband received a call stating that Extra Cash Live is suing him because he has yet to pay? How do I know that this is legit and not a scam?

Please let me know the circumstances leading to the refund. I took out a $500 loan and over the course of 1 month, I have paid $450, which none went to the principal. They informed me that unless they hear from me 3 days from the billing date the $150 extends the loan an extra two weeks. That means, I have lost $450 and would have continued to lose $150 every two weeks. I am furious. I felt they took advantage of me as a consumer and the agent didn't explain this process to me. When I spoke to the representative, she stated that people are so anxious to get the money, that they don't read. Can someone help with some advice? They are scheduled to take the remaining $500 from my account on 2/25/11. Please advise.
