Help with Letter

It could be that no one has dealt with the companies you mentioned, I know I have never heard of them. As far as a letter, if you have established that they are not legal in your state there is a sample letter HERE.

According to this site renewing loans is illegal in Virginia. I am in renewal with all 3 companies. Would that make them illegal? One of them is under Utah law. But I thought they had to be licenced in Va???

In Va. internet payday lenders are not legal, either because of restrictive laws, or because the state does not license companies not located in that state, but requires a state issued license to lend.

So because all 3 are internet lenders they are indeed illegal. I sent letters to PDW C500 and drafting one to blue hole. I just needed confirmation that I was on the right track. Again, I am very nervous.

Now I just sit back and wait! YIKES.

so pay day wiz is the first one I heard from here is what they sent after recieving my letter:

PDW:Good morning, That???s not a problem. I have put your account on hold. You mention in your email that you are willing to pay the principal balance which is $400. Would you like to pay that by ACH or by mail? Thank you, PaydayWiz Customer Service Phone: 888-272-8458Fax: 773-409-5952

ME:As I stated in my previous letter, I have OVERPAID you by $200.00. My records indicate that I have made a total payment of 120 on 9/17, 120 on 10/01, 120 on 10/15, 120 on 10/29, and 120 on 11/12. Totaling $600, I have already paid you the principal. When can I expect my refund of $200 to arrive?

blue hole financial responded and is in agreement that I just pay the remaining balance. Hopefully they are not up to any tricks. The email stated that they can only accept payment from ach, credit card, or western union. I am wondering why no money order.

Regarding Payday wiz, let them send your account to any collections. Since they are illegal in VA, it doesn't matter whom they refer your account to.

Tell Blue Hole Financial that you will send you the remaining balance by money order only. This is their address:

Regarding Collect500, I would ask you to wait for a few days. You will hear from them. In the mean time, you can send them the letter that you sent atleast twice in a day. Let their inbox be filled with your email. They will surely respond to you.

Thanks Paulcahill80. My next question is the letter that I sent had the section in it about revoking wage assignments. Do I need to send copies of these letters to my HR department, or draft different letters?
