I am planning to file bankruptcy in few months. I have few loans to pay off. At the moment, I don't have financial resources to pay off the loans. Creditors want their money back. They will sue me if I don't repay the loans. So, I have to file bankruptcy.

Questions:

Will I be able to stay in my house?
If no, can I buy a house post bankruptcy?
