Listen to OhioGal1. Go to your bank immediately and close your account. Be sure to file the complaint with the AG, FTC and BBB in your state. Also revoke any wage assignments immediately with this company as well. After you've closed your account and filed all of your complaints send this company copies of everything via email, fax and or certified mail. Demand a refund of the amount paid over and above the principle amount, and that they send you a cashier's check. Do NOT give them your new banking information for a refund.

Which state are you in? Do you know who the financial regulator in your state is? You need to file complaints with them as well.

I have a loan with US Fast Cash; but I have made arrangements to pay it down. They have taken their refi fee and $50 paydown. I have not had as many issues with them; but they certainly took way too much money from you.
