has anyone dealt with this company and gotten real help?

wow.... good for you you. maybe you can help me.

i have platinum payday loan, eastside lenders, one click cash, summit group and advance me today. have you dealt with either of these companies?

I have signed up with relief, llc but am now having my doubts after finding this forum.

all they have done so far, is send out the c/d letters.

any help would be appreciated! i am really getting scared and once i get out of this hell, i am making a vow to never do do this again. it a vicious cycle.

to the guest above barbie we need the following

amount borrowed from each lender
amount debited by each thus far
state you are in

you see just about all of your loans ar illegal everywhere, and the other one is most likely illegal.that being the case you only owe the principle borrowed.anything in"fees"debited goes toward that.example:

you borrowed 300.00 from one click cash.they debited thre times of 90.00.you only owe 30.00.see please provide the info requested.it will help us help you.btw since most internet pdl's are illegal places like relief llc can make all the sales pitches, but at the end of the day illegal pdl's won't work with them because of the fact they lend illegaly so why work with places to try and reduce your supposed debt?let's take my example for instance.one click will claim to re;ief llc you owe 650.00.relief llc will try to negotiate from there.not by the fact the pdl is illegal and you paid 270.00 on a 300.00 loan.just an example, but a good reason to use the tools on this site and do it yourself.me and a whole bunch of other people have.

Right now Im still going back and forth with East Side Lenders. Ive filed my complaints with the BBB (twice) Ohio Attorny General, and the FTC. I send them an email everyday saying the same thing, that they are illegal in Ohio and I am bound by Ohio Law. This forum and these people are great. If you have any questions these are plenty of people to help and answer your questions. Dont be scared you can get through this.

I used Relief LLC because I also had storefront loans and obviously the claim of illegality doesn't work with those. They did save me about 35% on the two internet loans i had so that was worthwhile. As well I got 9 months to pay all my loans off. So that alone made it worth it to me, especially with the storefront loans. I think they paid the storefronts off first. Unfortunately I ended up getting more payday loans after I completed Relief's program and getting into a bad situation again (divorce). So not sure what my next step is.
