payday loan threat

I'm a resident in Pa. a payday loan wordker called me and said that they spoke with the office general in regards to a defaulted loan I called and spoke with the office generl about this matter she told me they don't handle payday loan that's more of a collection thing. How do I mkeep them from harassing me with this.

3)how much was debited thus far,or prior to default
you see all pdl's are illegal in PA so you only owe the principle,and anything debited in so-called fees get deducted from that.please answer the questions above.it will help us help you further.
