Has anyone ever had to go to court with these people, just wondering because I told them they would have to take me to court if they wanted to try to get anymore money out of me

Standing up For Florida

Were they calling about a payday loan? Please advise what State you're in, if you did take a PDL, the name of the company, amount paid to them, and how much the amount of the loan was for (also if loan was internet or storefront). With that info, the people here can better help you.

i can tell you that djr is totally illegal, and btw internet pdl's are non-collectable and non-enforceable in FL.we advocate paying back the principle borrowed.please try to answer parachutec1 as far as the amount borrowed, and amount debited.if the amount debited meets,or exceeds the principle you owe nothing further.lastly, never heard of djr doing anything but break the law with phone/email threats.
