Any luck with Everest Cash Advance?

Has anyone had any luck with Everest Cash Advance, either a PIF or refund? It seems that we just keep going back and forth with the emails since there is no physical address to send any correspondence to. I have filed complaints with the BBB (no luck) and the NJ Dept of Banking & Insurance, NJ State AG and the Internet Crimes Complaint Center. I know investigations and responses from these agencies take time, especially since they are located outside the US. Once and a while they call my cell phone and job but I don't answer and just send the email again. Do I just keep sending the email until I hear a response from my complaints? :confused:

This is the response you will get from these illegal PDL lenders when they come to know that you know about their legality. They have blocked you from logging on to your account. Just keep on sending the email asking for the PIF and the refund. If you get the PIF, then you are lucky enough.

I am also fighting with them to get my PIF letter4. It's been 2 months now but nothing came from them. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
