Greetings "ldr71"

Just my 2 cents worth here......

Don't let the csr/rep be rude to you.
It's really that easy.

During my settlement process, I only encountered a couple of truly mean/rude folks.
The vast majority were only doing their job.

Back to the rude ones, it was fun to turn the tables on them.

1. Let them rant and rave until they run out of breath. Then ask 'em, is there any more?

2. Keep some of the old cellophane (the very crackly kind) and make some noise as if you have a bad connection. That usually makes them go over the top. And after a while, just hang up on them.

3. Tell them that they are being digitally recorded for future litigation and you would really appreciate their full name, ID#....etc.

In other words, you don't have to accept their bad behavior.
It's a mind game, so don't let them inside yours!
