What can I legally do?

Advance America-$500 owe $633-This one I have not made any payments on as of yet.
Thinkcash-$500 loan-paid$247.41-they say I still owe them $447.11
Payday loan yes-$350 loan- paid $210-they say I still owe them $455
Does anyone know if these lenders are legal in ohio and can my payments really be this high? I don't have a problem paying what I borrowed but I read the Ohio lending laws and saw that they can ohio charge 28% annually finance charge. Many of these are charging me over 300% finance charges.

Think Cash is not a payday lender but an installment loan. You need to contact them and can ask for a payment arrangement. They will restructure your repayment plan. They may ask you to make a few small payments of good faith monthly or semi-monthly.
Payday loan yes is situated at Bahamas and are illegal in your state. You need to close your bank account if you want to protect your money from the illegal PDL lender.

I currently have a loan with thinkcash and make my payments bi-weekly with a prepaid money card. The day I was getting ready to close my bank account the FDIC closed my bank so that problem was taken care of. I called thinkcash to withdraw my ACH anyway because if you don't they will continue to try to withdraw from your bank and they will charge you the fee's.
