First American Sloutions keep calling me about a payday loan from 2006. They say they are going to take me to court if i dont pay all the money upfront. i live in NC and im not sure what to do.

They should do this as per the FDCPA. If they don't send you anything, send them a Cease and Desist letter stating not to contact you anymore. File complaints against them with the FTC, the BBB and your states' Attorney General.
