I too live in Ohio. I started out with 8 internet loans and 2 storefronts. I followed the advice on this forum. I now have 3 internet loans (making payments that I can afford) and still 2 storefronts (also making payments I can afford). If I stay on track, I will have everyone paid off by the middle of January.

I too had a loan with cashnetusa.com. There were really good working with me to set up a payment plan that I could afford. They actually took my balance, knocked off some interest (not all, but some) and set me up with 5 payments. I made my last payment last week!

Unregistered, Listen to the advise of this forum, as it is good sound advise. I too have had PDL problems and thanks to everyone's help here I'm out from under it. I now enjoy getting paid every two weeks.

Unregistered, Be sure and send out your demand letters to the 3 PDL's you over paid. It does work, so for I've received one refund and one of my other PDL's is working with me to send theirs. Just be sure if your offered a refund do not give them your bank account information. They will have to send you a cashiers check, money order.

Hi OP, don't be sad or feel embarrassed. The thing with these payday loans are, they are so easily available that we all fall prey to them. You will come out of it. Don't worry. Tell us about the proceedings.

Its okay everyone here has been in your situation and theyre here to help, I live in Ohio I had loans with Sure Advance, Cash Direct Express and Cash Net USA. With Sure Advance send out your letter and Ohio State laws (i emailed mine) to Sure Advance and Cash Direct . Sure Advance sent me a Paid in Full letter right away. Cash Direct Exress did too but I had to go back and forth with them. And Cash Net USA will work with you. They were actually pretty nice. Its okay once you send your letters out you start to feel much stronger. Good luck.

Isn't it a great feeling to be completely down with payday lenders? When I started out I had 8 internet and 2 storefronts. I am finally done with the internet ones and am making affordable payments to the 2 storefronts.

It really is lizzie. 6 months ago I was up to 10 pay day loans all internet. I have a payment arrangement of 2 payments with cash net usa and I am done. But I have to thank all of you wonderful people here that have helped me through this nightmare.
