I am so stuck in the PDL loan mess, kept getting them to cover the fees I was spending from my paycheck every two weeks just so I could make my bills. I am in over my head. I called a consumer credit counsiling business but they do not deal with payday loans. I have no idea where to start and what to do. My account is in the negative, calls daily demanding money, calling all my references three times a day. I am at my ropes end. I honestly can't take this anymore. I have two kids to support.
I don't know if anyone can help me out on what to do with getting these on a resonable payment plan or something. I have three online loans and the rest are store front in Ohio.

Internet:
CASHNET USA
ADVANTIS
EVEREST CASH ADVANCE

Stores:
Check into CASH
National Cash Advance
Rent a Center
Cash Stop
Checksmart
Cashsmart
ACE

I am sure there are some I am missing. How do I get them to agree to accept $50 every two weeks? They said they can not do that and that I have to pay it off and then I can reloan the money back again. I want to get out of this mess. I Have no means of getting a consolidation loan nor do I have family that I can either tell or have hte money to loan me.

Can anyone help me?

I am sure someone will be on here to advise you if the online ones are legal. That will help, as you only have to pay them the amount you borrowed, and are actually due a refund of over payments (if you get it, you can put it toward other PDL's) How much do you owe and how much have you paid?

Also, I am in a payment plan with Cashnet USA. they are a member of CFSA or http://www.cfsa.net/ They will accept a payment plan. They broke down what I borrowed in four easy payments. See my link

You can also look on CFSA Website to see if other PDL's are members, or look for the symbol in the store oor on their website.

I actually closed my checking account, let the loan fees bounce back and set up arrangements. Pay them ON YOUR TERMS. There is alot of help on here....Good Luck!

CASHNET USA is a legal lender and you have to pay them back. you can contact their corporate offices and ask them for a payment arrangement.

Advantis and Everest Cash Advance are illegal in your state and you are only morally responsible to pay them actual amount borrowed. Close your bank account asap if you want protect your money from these illegal PDL lenders. Go through the following link to know how to deal with these illegal lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html.

Listen to Paul and close your bank account! That is the only way to stop them from accessing your money. With Rent A center in order to get out from underneath them depending on how much you've paid you might consider sending the furniture back. Call the store you purchased the item/items from and speak to the manager, see if a payment plan be worked out, I know they would rather that then get the stuff back.

Thank you all for your support. I am so embarrassed and depressed about what I got myself and my kids involved in. I am going to go to these places today and offer them what I can afford, if they deny it and won't allow me to set up a paymnet plan then I will just start mailing money to the corporate offices or something. I just can not handle this, especially with Christmas coming up.

Dont be. This forum is so amazing. Understanding and compassionate. Great Plan!!! Close your account before you talk to them. Never know what they might try after you leave their office.

Check into Cash and Check Smart are CFSA members, so they will do a payment plan for balance owed plus interest. charge

I too am in Ohio and in the same mess. My bills are so far behind that my house is facing foreclosure and my car reposession.

Yes the calls are frustrating, but I have closed my bank account and began to pay what I could afford. I know they will ask for 3-4 payments which could be 200-300 each pay and it is tough. I just ignored the calls from corporate offices and plan to take to into the store what I could. Then move on to the next one and begin making payments as you can. They will not refuse any payment toward the loans. Also, the calls to your references will soon stop too. Those only last for a few weeks.

Also, I did join a credit counseling company to help. Some of them did agree to the payments, some did not but are still taking the money...

Hang in there and know you are not alone!

I can relate. We were surprised this past summer when we found out my wife, a teacher would not receive any pay through the summer because she was only a permanent sub but not contract. We got into the loans on some bad advice and before you know it, you've got another and another.

These loans just can not be juggled. SO now, every program we've looked into wants 500 to nearly a 1000 dollars a month for 9 to 12 months and this is just impossible. We've closed our checking account, opened a new one but still need to enroll in a good program with a reasonable monthly. We owe @ 7500.00 total online and storfront. Forget getting a consolidation loan.

When you're in this deep...No one will help with a loan to consolidate these. No matter what your ability is to pay or how much you make. I wish I were wrong. We still don't know who to turn to for help. We want to pay this off but we can't handle the interest and the amount we'd have to pay monthly. Worried about possible future garnishments etc. Any real advice is wwelcome.

I am in the same situation. My husband has been unable to work for almost 5 years and I have done pretty good on my own supporting our family. However in the past 3 months have taken out 8 payday loans online to try to make ends meet. I am going to close my checking account tomorrow and face what happens. I am in hopes that they will just accept payments. does anyone know how this will work. Lord knows I just can't take anymore.
