Hi, I received a letter from AAC, saying they bought my debt from Bally Pacwest/Daiwa, I am living out side of the US for 20 years. Never had such a contract or membership, etc. Could you advise me please? Thank you.

Don't worry, nothing will happen if you have the documents that prove that you don't owe the debt.
The problem is you can't document or prove a negative. It's important to get the collector to validate the debt. Demand a copy of the credit application with your signature. Since this could be identity theft, you should obtain a copy of your credit report from annualcreditreport.com and review it for any other accounts that you don't recognize. If you find any, get them validated as above. Report the identity theft to the creditors involved, the credit bureaus and law enforcement. These steps are necessary to ensure your credit isn't ruined and you aren't held liable for the fraudulent accounts.
