I was told that CASHNETUSA (internet) is a CSO and are legal in the state of MD, What is CSO? How can I get rid of this PDL lender legally, my account will be closed before they take their next payment out so how can I get rid of them without having any problems with them????

You need to call them and make payment arrangements via the mail, tell them you no longer have an account and are only able to make payments with a money order. That's what I would do.
