Never heard about Accounts Receivables Technologies

Accounts Receivables Technologies(ART) mostly collect on the payday loans hired by the lenders. There have been mixed responses about the company. If you have been contacted by the company, you must call them and make payment arrangements. I heard some of the people in the customer care to be quite warm.

You can ask the CA to send you the details of the debt in writing. After you have reviewed it properly, pay it off and see improvement in your credit.

You wouldn't have an address for them would you? The first gentleman that I spoke with there was quite harsh, but then I asked to speak with someone else and she was very nice and understanding. When I asked him for a letter detailing the debt, he said no. So I would like to send them a validation letter.

You can find them on the ftc website and there are several samples through out the forum. I will pm you with a link I use for my letters.
