We have seen many posters here who have complained that CNG is not offering EPP in Texas. I think you should go to the following links and read the guidelines of the CFSA and take a print out of it to their office: http://www.cfsa.com and http://www.cfsa.com.
Tell them that you will file complaints with the CFSA if they do not follow the CFSA guidelines. Let us know about the proceedings.

CFSA stated to me that CheckNgo does not have to offer the EPP to Texas residents so...... I defaulted and they were very easy to work with afterwards to arrange a payment plan. Good luck!!

Texas also has a law where you can be prosecuted for taking out
Texas also has a law where you can be prosecuted for taking out a payday loan with a check that is worthless if they can prove fraudulent intent. That might have something to do with it!
