I currrently have the following payday loans, for which I have amounts borrowed and amounts paid:

One Click Cash 450.00 paid 270
Ameriloan 450.00 paid 270
Instant Loans 500.00 paid 175
My Cash Noiw 770 paid 673.88
Cash Jar 800 paid 600
payday loans of america 500.00 paid 375

I undestand that there is outstanding principal balances that i still owe. What is the best way to notify pl's that i am only willing to pay amount yet? I have sent each one an email revoking ach and wage assignments. Notified the department of banking, today they returned my call and told me to close my bank account. also complained the the BBB. Today when I check ameriloan and mycash now it shows a balance owed of -0-. What does that mean. Thanks in advance for anyones help

Of the amounts paid, nothing went to principal. I received a response from Ameriloan that says they are legal and will come after me. However due to economic conditions they will work out a payment plan. Instant loans usa is showing inactive now and a zero balance. Cash jar said we can settle for the 200 i still owe on the principal and Cashline says they will mark paid in full if i have not filed any complaints. What do you think about the accouts that show zero balances but I have not had correspondence from?

Regarding the accounts that show zero balance, you will hear from them. Send your mail stating that they are illegal and that you only owe the refund again and again. Let their inbox be filled with your mails.

You have posted that none of your payments went towards the principal. So, I think all that you have paid them has gone towards the interests and fees. Since they are illegal, you need to add the interest and the fees and subtract it from the principal loan amount. The remainder is the amount you owe them.
