I live in Florida and I have taken out different payday loans from different companies like Eastside Lenders, Solomon Finance, United Cash Loans, and US Fast Cash. I have kept in contact with them and I make my payments back to them but recently I have had some company called Legal Accounts Dept in New York calling me telling me that if I do not pay them 500.00 they are going to have me arrested at my job and that since I wrote my mom as a reference she would be arrested too. The people calling speak very little English and I am wondering if since I inquired on a website that goes to different lenders that they did not get my information and that is how they are calling me but they will not give me any of their information besides their name and that they are representing Insta Cash and Advance Payday Plus. I feel like this is something fraudlent and I do not want to send them the money until it is vaildiated. What should I do?

In Florida a lender must be licensed regardless of their geographical location. If they are not, the loans are legally non collectable. That is part of the Florida Consumer Financial Act section 516 I believe. Those lenders as far as I can tell are not licensed. Even if they were it is a civil matter and you cannot be arrested. I guarantee that the company calling you will not even give you an address because they are not even in the US. Tell them to swim here and you will meet them halfway. Of course do not show up.

That even sounds like a bogus company name, "Legal Accounts Department!?" Even if they have a NY telephone number, the odds are very good that these people aren't located in the US at all. And unfortunately a lot of the PDLs DO share customer information with each other and bottom feeder collectors. These outfits use official-sounding company names and lots of legal jargon to scare people into sending them money. If they call again and you feel like talking to them, ask them to send you something in writing about this debt (don't admit over the phone to owing money); I'm betting you'll be waiting a LONG time for that letter.

So no. You and your mother can't be arrested as the others have said. You should just ignore those calls and tell your mother to do the same. Also, as froggy mentioned, all of the loans you've listed are illegal and I'm betting you've already way overpaid them. What you should do is close your bank account so they can't get anymore of your money and follow the advice in this thread. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html
