Send copies of your complaints to your PDL via email, fax or mail along with a demand letter for a refund and paid in full letter. Revoke any wage assignments and keep a good paper trail. Don't communicate with them via phone you need everything in writing. I followed the advise of this forum, I did exactly what I'm telling you and so far I've received 2 refunds back. Once you file the AG complaint the AG will notify your PDL that they have so many days within to respond to your complaint. These PDL's hate hearing from the AG.

My only problem is I cannot obtain an email address or physical address for PDY. Of course when I call them they say they have no email address of physical address. Any suggestions on how to get the letter to them to start my paper trail??
