payday loan hell!!

Hi... i have a couple of online payday loans that i can't afford to pay anymore. They have turned them over to some law firm (so they tell me) i tried talking with them on tuesday & they won't let me pay 50-75.00 monthly on them untill there paid off. They say they are going to take me to court if i don't come up with 200.00 this week.... I am really scared. I am a single mom with 2 kids at home to take care of. I am on ssi benefits due to severe back problems. I have no one to turn to. I got these loans last christmas 09...For 300.00 each & made probably only 1-2 payments in january of 2010. Now they say i owe them 1,200.00. I don't know what to do?????


well i can tell just by their threats these are illegal bottomfeeding scum as nobody can take you to court that fast,and ssi is exempt income.so is the bank account it goes into.a couple of questions.

1)who are the lenders
2)amount borrowed from each
3)amount paid to each prior to default]
4)internet or storefront
5)state you are in.

please answer those,and just know that these place threaten like that because they have to scare you into paying as they really have no legal way.to really take you to court would take months and again ssi and any account it goes into is exempt from garnishment,and seizure.the threats are hot air.
