payday loan hell!!!

-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

I have 2 online payday loans out as of last christmas(09) i made 1-2 paments on both of them jan09 & feb09. then other companies(don't know what or who they were) got into my checking & took out monies, my bank thankfully returned my money...anyways that really stressed me out & i closed out my account. Now my payday loans have been turned into some law firm(so they say) & i ignored them for a year now. I went ahead & talked with them on 11-29-10 & they want 600.00 on each loan ( i borrowed 300.00 on each) so they say i owe them 1,200.00. I told them i could pay 50-75 a month till paid off...they said no, that i would need to come up with 200.00 in 2weeks then i can pay 75 a month. I told them i don't have 200.00...so they said i would be getting served with a court date. I am very scared & wished i would of never done this. I am a single mom with 2 kids at home & im on ssi for back problems. I know i owe the money but i can't afford the payments they want. They also told me that since i closed the account they will sue me for check fraud. I don't know how they could sue for check fraud because at the time my account was open,& they even took out some payments before i closed it out??? I need advice please! i have no one to talk to about this. thank you!
