Hello again! I live in Missouri, and these are the three that I have out right now. Right now, I'm so behind in fees that I don't have enough to pay my rent or electric for last month and my landlord is getting pretty aggravated. I'm pretty behind in all my bills, as a matter of fact. It's gotten so bad that I am lying about my finances to others. I don't know even where to begin. After I start the process, I can't have these guys calling me at work because I work in a max. security prison....where do i start, what do I do? Thank you!

I had a loan with Brighton FNL, borrowed $200.00 and paid back $178.00 before I found this website. I filed complaints against all of my illegal lenders with the AG, FTC and BBB in my state, then I sent copies to each of them, along with revoking any wage assignments and a request to Brighton to provide me with a current mailing address so I could send the $22.00 that I owe. So far it's been almost two months and I've not heard back from Brighton. I only received one phone call at work and I informed them that I had already sent notification to their company via email and mail not to call my place of employment. These illegal lenders really don't like when you file a complaint with the AG because they have to respond to that complaint directly to your AG. That stopped a lot of the problems, I could of had with these companies. As a matter of fact, so far I've received back 2 refunds. Follow the advise of this forum and you will be fine.

All the three payday loans that you have are illegal in the state of Missouri. You need to file complaints against these with the Missouri Division of Finance, the BBB and your states' AG.
