I know the rest are illegal in the state of MD. My next round of finance charges to come out are scheduled for 12/10/10. When should I send the letters to them that they are not legal and I am only going to pay the principal amount? Should I fax them today, since I have no addresses for none of these compaines excluding Cashnet USA.
I just need to know what my next step is? Can anyone help?? Please :)

Just tell them that you cannot afford your payments and need to set up an EPP to get it paid off. Since your account is safe, you should file your complaints regarding the other 4 with the AG of MD, the FTC and also the MD Commissioner of Financial Regulation.
