What does this mean?

I received a follow up letter from the NJ Department of Banking & Insurance basically confirming that everest cash advance is not licensed to lend money in my state. They also included some information on next steps to take regarding the issue. Just so happens that the day before I received the letter from them everest contacted me again about paying an outstanding loan or settling the account (I hadn't heard anything from them for about a week and half). I sent them another copy of the C&D letter and included the letter from NJDBI. To which they responded by emailing a copy of an ACH authorization for the original loan that I requested. I'm not sure I understand the point of it, why would they send that to me? Does anyone have clue?
Sounds like an attempt at saying you authorized the transaction.
Sounds like an attempt at saying you authorized the transaction. If your account is safe and you've revoked ACH and wage assignment authorization, I wouldn't worry about it.

Have you filed a complaint with the AG in your state? If not, you need to do so. If you have you need to email, fax or mail a copy to them. If you've paid over and above the principle amount of the loan, you need to send them a demand letter for a refund and a paid in full letter. Don't let them scare you, that's what they are trying to do.
