Hi my name is sherry and I am trying to find out for my boyfriend what he can do about an outstanding sprint bill from 2002 that someone must have used his info for because he was incarcerated at the time. Help? Please?

How old is the debt? Is it within SOL? What state are you in?

I'm pretty sure 8 years is beyond SOL in all states for this type of debt. Is a CA coming after him? I would just send them a FOAD letter.
