I've been reading the old posts after I got a very harrassing call this afternoon. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. Who else can I file with? Who is T&C and AG? I live in Maryland and based on what I've read, United Cash Loans is illegal and shouldn't be doing business in any state.

Please help.

AG is Attorney General. File a complaint against United Cash loans with the AG in your state. Most internet lenders are illegal in most states, but that doesn't stop them from lending. Some of these companies aren't even in this country, and they hide behind several names.

United Cash Loans is an illegal PDL in your state. File complaints against them with the BBB, your states' Attorney General and the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation. Attach copies of these complaints with the letter that you send to this illegal lender.
