debt

i received a call from this company and it went to voicemail so i listed to the message and called them back, when i told the lady i don't have a debit or credit card she told me that she would report that i was not willing to resolve the issue, which was clearly not the case, so i tried asking if there was any other way payment could be made she cursed me out and disconnected the line so i called back and asked to speak with her supervisor since she was the one who answered the phone, she cursed again and said absolutely not i get paid off of commision and don't care if you do or don't pay, needless to say she was a B word, so besides giving my debit or credit card info to them which i have had a bad experience with in the past and based off of some of the stories i see on here i do not want to provide them with my card info how else can i resolve this issue!
