Iwas offered a fresh start to pay off my acct. with Capital One and I missed placed the form and resently found it this week. Iwould still like the opportunity to pay off this debt with Capital. I am requesting another opportunity to get in a program that will allow me to take advantage of the freshstart solution program. my acct.#
