We have several pdl's out right now, we are paying $1000 in fees a month, and we really are in over our heads now. We live in Misouri and I have been reading that we have some of the most relaxed pdl laws out there. I am really at the end of my rope, what would you suggest?

As far as I know, payday loans are legal in Missouri. However, the borrowers are not liable to pay an overall amount of accrued interest and fees higher than 75% of the original amount of the loan in Missouri. This applies on any single approved loan for the entire loan period as well as the loan renewal. If the creditor charges you an higher amount, then you can file your complaints with the Regulator - Missouri Division of Finance located at W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65102.

my cash now - 1100
one click cash - 500
cash central - 450
cash net - 500
united cash loans - 350

I'm really not sure how much we've paid back at this point, we have paid in full and re loaned and extended so many times since about july. My cash now has a fee of $372.00 due next week, Cash central I've paid about $300 in fees, but that's not counting 2 prior payoffs I believe. About the same with Cash net and One Click Cash. We have been robbing peter to death, and are now considering a consolidation, just not sure who to trust. Any advice would be appreciated, these are all online institutes. Thanks

My Cash Now and United Cash Loans are not licensed lenders in your state, you can double check that at the link below:

I need to know if you meant Cashnetusa or simply Cashnet?
Cashnetusa is legal, Cash net is not.

Cash Central is a legal lender.
