As far as I know, payday loans are legal in Missouri. However, the borrowers are not liable to pay an overall amount of accrued interest and fees higher than 75% of the original amount of the loan in Missouri. This applies on any single approved loan for the entire loan period as well as the loan renewal. I'm really not sure how much we've paid back at this point, we have paid in full and re loaned and extended so many times since about july. My cash now has a fee of $372.00 due next week, Cash central I've paid about $300 in fees, but that's not counting 2 prior payoffs I believe. About the same with Cash net and One Click Cash. We have been robbing peter to death, and are now considering a consolidation, just not sure who to trust. Any advice would be appreciated, these are all online institutes. Thanks
