Ken, I hope you aren't really expecting them to honor your request, because they won't. They are nothing more than criminals, and will wipe out your account if they get the chance. If you have left your account opened thinking that sending these pdl's an ACH revocation will work, you are sadly mistaken. The only sure way to stop them is to close your account. Even if you place stop payments on these lenders it will not stop them, because they will change their names and wipe out your account again.

As far as calling them, all they will do is demand money from you and threaten you with jail, fraud and anything else they can think of to scare you. Personally, I would only communicate with them via email, if you call them you are setting yourself up to be terrorized.

I did the samething. I just ignored their calls, no one sent me any emails back except one company and that was over a week ago telling me that they will send my info to another department. CLOSE your bank account because they will just continue. Make terms your way and in your time not theirs. Trust me I feel a whole lot better now knowing that I have control over my money in my account now
