Harassing calls

File a complaint with your State's attorney general's office and FTC. Unfortunately, if this is an illegal lender they will keep calling. Just don't answer the phone.

You can ignore the call; don't pick up; let it go to voice mail, or have someone pick up and say you're not allowed personal calls. I would draft a complaint letter and send them a copy via US mail and fax.

If you must pick up the call, as soon as you know who it is, tell them you can't receive personal calls at work and then hang up. Don't engage in any conversation.

I have filed a complaint with the AG, FTC, BBB and sent the letters out via fax since no one seems to gave an address, I did this back on Dec 7th. I will just ignore the calls and try to make a payment some other way like via email.
