Who ever is in charge needs to give a good number for call back the 866-257-7808 number is for someone else. You all have an incorrect number from one of your "clients" and I'm tired of getting his calls since I got my new number about 3 years ago..and not being able to get ahold of someone to stop the calls!

Well, to me it seems someone is being called at this number (866-257-7808) by mistake. So, the person wants to inform us that he/she is not the client.

@OP: What kind of calls are you getting? Are you getting calls from any credit repairing company? Or is it a collection agency?

hey Bill-it isnt going to do any good for the OP to tell us they are not someones client. They need to call back the number that keeps calling them and tell them that or research the number and send a C&D letter. Telling us wont do them a bit of good, nothing any one here can do about it.

Hi, I was going through a C&D letter format, and it seems to hold everything in the right order. It notifies the creditor that appropriate action would be taken in case any adverse information surfaces in the credit report. But it didn't clearly mention what type actions would actually be taken. Could you throw some light into it!
