i am getting calls they are telling me they are going to call my work what do i do? someone stole my idenaty took over 1800 dollars out of my account this was not me i tell them that they dont care

There's this indication of identity theft in this case. This could certainly be a Collection agency threatening to call you at your work place.
Then can certainly call you at work till the time you ask them not to call you at work. If they don't follow it, they would be violating the FDCPA.

You should contact your bank or credit card co. in order to know how much you actually owe and whether they have the details of such transactions that were processed in your name.

They need to get an addy for the number that keeps calling and send a DV letter and a partial C&D informing them that they can NOT call their work and to limit all communication to USPS only. Thats what they need to do, and if the callers refuse to give an address(a sign that its a scam anyways) inform your boss your are receiving threatening calls due to an identity theft and to ignore any and all further calls
