I recently took out a loan from payday-loan-yes for $350. I have already paid back 5 payments of $105 for a total of $525 and I just realized. The same week I received the loan I called and authorized them to take the complete loan out on my next payday. I know it's my fault for not keeping up with my fianances but I need to know what my options are? My account balance still says that I owe $455. If I pay that then I will have paid $960 for a $350 loan. I need to know what my rights are? I am in the state of North Carolina. What do I need to do? Someone please help

Payday loans are prohibited in North Carolina and small loans are capped at 36 percent. Send them a letter refusing to pay any more and even demand a refund of the overpaid amount. You probably won't get a refund but you might get a paid in full. Get them on the defensive. Have an ACH block put on your account or close it.
