Harrassing phone calls

This company has never contacted me and are calling family members of which i have never given any information about myself to this company nor my family. They have harrassed a 70 year old couple claiming that they cant find me and want them to pay this iraneous bill. If they have so much information about me and some debt I don't owe them....send me a letter so i can put a cease and desist on you and also report your fraudulent acts to the BBB, the States attorneys office and to the FCRA. Play the game legally First Source....otherwise the public will get you instead, namingly....ME!

BBB is a waste of time. And there is no body of authority called the FRCA....the FRCA stands for the fair credit reporting act. Why dont you call them? Skiptracing is not illegal.

See, I guess I've come across a thread wherein someone faced a similar consequence. Donna had also reported the same name - First Source. You need to check in as I'm not sure if you're facing the same thing.
