the things you say are not true people lie when they are in debt and the people working for cbe have rules and laws they have to follow they do not harrass anyone . they do things the right way . people should pay there bills then they wouldnt even be in debt .to complain about people that give them option to try and help them resolve there debit are rediculous they are just trying to help people

It is true that borrowers should be responsible enough to pay off their bills on time. However, financial hardship can hit anyone at any point of time in their lives. In my opinion, in such a situation, the creditors can try to help the borrowers a bit rather than harassing them.

I disagree with this statement. Keeping in mind the present economic situation, most of us are facing severe financial crisis. Thus, borrowers are not lying about their situation.
