Rent a Center dba Cash Advantedge. A number of years ago I had a loan with them, if you haven't defaulted on your loan yet they should allow you to request an EPP, but you need to go in and request it BEFORE your next payment is due, at least a day before. If you're uncomfortable with the employees in that particular office then do as Ohiogal suggested, call their corporate office.
