Payday Loans in Ohio

I have done the stupid thing and gotten over my head with pay day loans. I want to get out of them but find myself unable to make the high payments. I have contacted them and tried to explain but they are telling me that they can't change my payment arrangement. I am willing to repay, but it needs to be amounts that I can afford. What can I do to get them to work with me? I am in Ohio. Here is the loan info:

Signmyloan.net - $200 I have repayed 122.00
paychecktoday.com - $300 I have payed them $780.00
Cashnetusa.com - $1000.00 I have repayed $233. This was a loan renewal.

Advance America - $501. I keep paying off this loan and rolling it over every 2 weeks.

I really REALLY want to get out of this. I am scared and worried and don't know how to start. Please help with any advice.

Advance America is a member of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), so instead of rolling it over you could request the EPP and be done with it. Click the link below to read about the EPP.

Cashnetusa also offers an EPP, all you need to do is ask for it.

The other two lenders are NOT legal, you need to close your account, it's really the only way to stop them, and besides, now that they have your account information it will never be safe again, unfortunately Internet payday lenders share information. You can make your payments to Advance America with cash, and send money orders to Cashnetusa.

Sorry to disagree with you Nellie, but the poster has two illegal payday loans, and two that offer an extended payment plan. One of the illegal loans has been way over paid. Obtaining a consolidation loan for an illegal lender will not resolve the matter, these lenders will continue to pursue the poster. Illegal lenders do not negotiate.

I too live in Ohio and a internet loan with cashnetusa.com that I defaulted on. Call them. I did not have any problems working with them. They set up a payment plan (4 equal payments until my balance was paid off). On the 3rd payment, I did not have the full payment amount, I called them and they accepted a partial payment and extended my payment plan to 6. They will work with you as long as you keep in contact with me them and show a good faith effort to pay back your loan.
