The next time they call, answer the phone and tell them you are aware this is a scam and that you will not be speaking to them again. Don't listen to their threats. They're full of it. You should also file a police report and warn your employer and anyone you may have used as a reference on the loan that you have been a victim of fraud and, if they receive any calls, they should just ignore them.

Not only do I have these people calling me at home, they call at work and the latest thing to happen to me is they have started impersonating me. They called an ambulance service in LA asking for a specific person and gave my full name, home and work address, email address, and offered up my social security number. This heavy speaking indian accent woman called this company 50 times in one day. So the ambulance company decided to call my boss to file a complaint.

I have filed the necessary reports. I've also pulled a copy of my credit report because I have no idea how long this has been going on. The ambulance company was the first one to call and tell me what had happened. The only reason they did is because I work for an air ambulance company and they were pretty sure is was a fraud.

Unfortunately it sounds like one of those places that are out of India that nothing can really be done about. From what I have read and understand, the FBI and other agencies know about them, but being out of the country they cant get to them to prosecute them and what they have done to you is definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen, if it was one of the JDB's here in the US you could file a lawsuit against for what they have done and you would win. I wish I could get ahold of some of these scammers, I would love to teach them so old west style justice.
