Any of these lenders (online) legal in ohio?

I found no licensing for any of your lenders. Cashnetusa is usually licensed in most states but they are not listed as a registered or licensed lender. Their dba name for Cashnetusa is Cash America International Inc. and that isn't even listed as licensed or registered. Payday loans are illegal in the state of Ohio, only low cost loans are legal at the rate of 28% annual interest per the Ohio Rev. Code Ann. 1321.35 et seq.

I thought they were also, but my search came up with nothing. Like I said, I could be wrong so would someone else double check that?
