Credit recovery solutions

I just recieved an email telling me that my loan has been forwarded to their office for finialization. The loan was originally from PayDayMax and then they sent it to Credit Protection Depot and now it has been sent to Credit recovery Solutions. Out of all the payday loan companies that totally messed up my life and bank account, this is the only one that has been sending me email and telling me to send them money. The amount is now up to $1549.22, which there is still no way that I can pay them that amount, I have finally managed to climb out of the hole that these companies buried me in and get some of my normal debts caught up. I live in North Carolina and I have done all of the complaints and sending letters to all of the lenders, but this one from PayDayMax (originally)keeps trying to scare me into giving them alot of money. I am not sure what to do now with them, I have been ignoring them since I sent them my cease and desist letter and explaining to them that I do not owe money because of the overpayments they had taken from me.
this is what was in email:

Wow! You need to hang on to that email because it is a major violation of the FDCPA. I'm having a hard time finding this company and the website they gave you looks fishy to me. There is a CRS LLC, but these people aren't them. Very weird. Frankly, I'd suggest you get an attorney and sue these jokers for violating the FDCPA.

First of all, payday loans are prohibited in the State of North Carolina. So, I would rather imagine Payday Max is not a licensed lender in your State. If that is the case, then you are only obligated to pay back the principal balance (no interest/fees). How much was your original loan and how much have you paid back so far?

What I did with Credit Protection Depot is I filed a complaint with the AG in my state and I've not heard from them sense. My advise to you is, file a complaint with your AG on both Credit Protection Depot and Credit Recovery Solutions.

I also received the exact same email but with a different dollar amount. I am not sure who the original party is though. Since being in debt is not a criminal offense, I find this letter to be quite fishy.

can you refresh me on two things
1)how much was the loan with paydaymax
2)how much was debited by them prior to default
you see unless you borrowed 1549.22 you don't owe that.since paydaymax, and credit protection depot are both not based in this country which makes them illegal.you only owe paydaymax the principle.if you haven't filed AG complaints do so.if you have file another against this new bottomfeeder.also forward that email as part of your complaint.just remember this both paydaymax,CPD are illegal bottomfeeders, and i suspect CRS is too as nothing legit is done via email.file the complaint and keep the email as you might need it later as proof of this bottomfeeders tactics.do not even think about paying them as again unless you actually borrowed 1549.22 you don't owe near that so treat them as you did the other illegals.

Hey Paul, I'm not sure if these illegal payday lenders actually make huge profits out of their business.
I'd often wonder since so many of their borrowers can report their illegal operations! How do they continue after all?
