post-dated check loans/pdl

I was and unable to pay the interest on my post-dated check loans and payday loans. They can only extend for so many days before the deposit to bank. the checks were returned, etc. now I'm worse off than before. If i try debt consolidation, etc will I be able to include these post-dated checks that were returned?

Some time ago (a few years now), dealt with a PDL who said I could give them a "post-dated check." Well...........I did and told them NOT to cash it until a certain date. They cashed it the next day and really messed up my account!! I suppose it was my fault for giving them the check.
