I live in the state of texas and made the stupid stupid of mistake of falling into the pd loan cycle. My question is are any of the following lenders illegal in TX?
TLC Fast Cash
SSM Group LLC
Loan Shop
Cash Central <-- I believe they are ok
CashNet USA <-- I believe they are ok
The first three on the list where very very hesitant to provide me any information including their address or my account number.

Cash Central dba KINSCO LLC. and Cashnetusa dba Cash America Int
Cash Central dba KINSCO LLC. and Cashnetusa dba Cash America International Inc.are both legal lenders, I know that Cashnetusa offers an extended payment plan if you request it, but I'm not sure about Cash Central, it wouldn't hurt to ask though.
