hopefully happy in MN

I live in Minnesota and currently have four payday loans. I've tried reading through all of the posts but and looked at the list, and it appears they are illegal (hooray!!!!!) - I just wanted to confirm before I send them an email. I have already closed my account at the bank.

I tried signing up for Progressive Debt Relief - as they said they would be able to better negoiate a payment plan, but they took my credit card information and have not contacted me since. I'm begining to wonder if they are a scam as well. Has anybody else worked with them before?

Shazzers is right. They are not licensed to operate in Minnesota.
