[COLOR=black]Don't sign up with them I paid $ 4600 (over period of time), my wages where garnish. I'm now in Bankruptcy court and I have to pay the BR court. They only settled one account and then the court summon hit. They are very good in False Representation and make you believe that they deal with your creditors. . They get all there money and didn???t get the services. Be careful I could done it by myself and possible spent less money. [/COLOR]

The problem that I see with most of these types of places is tha

The problem that I see with most of these types of places is that they take their fees upfront. So, you're depositing money into an account, sometimes for months to pay the fees, before they start negotiating with your creditors. I don't understand the logic of doing that when you could instead deposit that same amount of money into an account and settle them yourself, saving yourself a LOT of money.

Greetings "J Haas Group",

Before I found this great forum, I had contacted the J.Hass Group regarding debt settlement.
As you have posted, they gobble up your money with the up front fees, etc.

I actually read the contract which they want you to sign......next I printed it out and burned it, so that I would not get burned.:D
