Need to make payment arangements with collection agency

Hi Carmon--I know you specifically asked about phone numbers, but you can also contact them through the addresses listed on your credit report. Thats the only way I will deal with my creditors/collection agencies. I prefer not to deal with them on the phone and feel like once I call them, that gives them permission to start calling me and once this happens, its a hard cycle to break. I do business strictly through written correspondence only--no phone calls. And I let them know this right up front.
So you can also write them and inquire about these debts and then let them know that you will only accept written correspondence only---no phone calls to your home or job.
This is up to you, I was just putting another option out there for you. Its good that you want to contact your creditors. :D Shirley
